近几年来复合绝缘子缺陷、故障问题频发,其中影响最大的就是复合绝缘子芯棒酥朽断裂问题。为进一步研究串型、温升与绝缘子内部缺陷的关联性,文中以华中地区某两条500 kV架空线路57支发热复合绝缘子为研究对象,开展了实验室红外检测、数字X射线检测(DR检测)、剖检等11项综合性试验。结果表明,该批次复合绝缘子存在严重的护套与芯棒粘接不良家族性缺陷,该缺陷是导致绝缘子异常发热的根本原因。同时紧凑型V串绝缘子受力和高场强影响,缺陷率相对I串较高。此外,通过对比分析多项试验所检出的缺陷情况和缺陷位置 ...

对某发生故障的110 kV GIS用盆式绝缘子进行全面分析,通过宏观检查、渗透检测、X射线检测、断口宏观分析和断裂面能谱分析等方法,并经过仿真模拟验证,分析判断出盆式绝缘子开裂的原因,是盆式绝缘子在制造过程中存在原始缺陷及微裂纹,在后期安装、使用过程中产生应力集中,最终发生贯穿性开裂,导致漏气。为避免同类型故障的再次发生,提出同批次产品更换检测、严格监造期间盆式绝缘子渗透试验见证等建议,提升盆式绝缘子入网质量,保障电网安全稳定运行。
