矩形阵列霍尔电流传感器设计及平行导线磁场干扰分析

针对某型号直流断路器入口铜排的大电流测试需求,构建了矩形阵列霍尔电流传感器(RA-HCT)的基本模型;从机理角度剖析外部磁场对传感器测量准确度的影响,并构建外部平行导线对霍尔电流传感器的影响模型,得出测量误差计算方法,设计实现额定电流10 kA的12点阵RA-HCT。通过设计对比试验,得出x轴方向理论误差与实际误差最大为10%左右,y轴方向理论误差与实际误差最大为2%左右,小于设计误差3%,满足装备的测试需求,并验证了算法的正确性,为提高传感器的测量准确度提供了理论依据。
