Capsule summary We report a patient with paraneoplastic florid oral papillomatosis and malignant acanthosis nigricans associated with HPV‐related squamous cell carcinoma of unknown primary. While cutaneous verrucae tested positive for HPV, all oropharyngeal lesions were HPV‐negative, supporting their paraneoplastic nature.
