Targeting Neutrophil/Eosinophil Extracellular Traps by Aptamer‐Functionalized Nanosheets to Overcome Recalcitrant Inflammatory Disorders

In this study, C‐TAH, as multifunctional nanosheets, is developed with tannic acid and histone aptamer coverage. C‐TAH displays mild cytotoxicity, robust dsDNA and NETs/EETs binding efficiency, and potent antioxidant and antibacterial ability in vitro. Activation of Spinal Astrocyte α2A Adrenoceptors Protects Against Sepsis‐Induced Heart Injury Through Inhibition of GABAergic Neuronal Necroptosis

The study in this paper found that activating the α2A receptors of astrocytes in the thoracic spinal cord can reduce the release of inflammatory factors, thereby decreasing the necroptosis of GABAergic neurons and consequently alleviating myocardial injury caused by sepsis.

Snord15b Maintains Stemness of Intestinal Stem Cells via Enhancement of Alternative Splicing of Btrc Short Isoform for Suppression of β‐Catenin Ubiquitination

In intestinal stem cells (ISCs), Snord15b associates with Ilf2 to recruit splicing factors for alternative splicing of Btrc mRNA, leading to the generation of short Btrc. This short Btrc fails to form a functional E3 ubiquitin ligase complex for β‐catenin ubiquitination and degradation.

This study introduces a strategy for engineering heterogeneous surface and bulk structures within a single material, termed phase‐separation and underwater reconfiguration‐enhanced (PURE) elastomers. These elastomers combine high bulk elasticity with enhanced immunocompatibility at the surface.
