Argyrin F Treatment‐Induced Vulnerabilities Lead to a Novel Combination Therapy in Experimental Glioma

The cell cycle‐stabilizing compound Argyrin F has a dual function in experimental glioma. It leads to cell‐intrinsic anti‐glioma effects and alters the immunogenic profile, thus leading to a novel treatment‐induced vulnerability that can be exploited by combining Argyrin F with checkpoint inhibition.
