SUMMARY The most important late complication of planned extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation which is nowadays modern cataract surgery, is posterior capsular opacity. In this study, 60 eyes of 54 patients who developed posterior capsular opacity had Nd-YAG laser posterior capsulotomy.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Er:YAG lazer ve/yada fosforik asit ile mine pürüzlendirilmesinin fissür örtücülerin mineye bağlanma kuvvetleri üzerine etkilerinin değerlendirilmesidir. 42 adet çürüksüz üçüncü büyük azı dişi fluorid içermeyen bir pomza ile temizlenip yıkandıktan sonra mine-sement sınırından kesildi.
