D‐Carvone Mitigating Renal Damage and Enhancing Antioxidant Defense in Lithium Induced Nephrotoxicity

Lithium administration led to significant oxidative stress, histopathological kidney damage, and elevated apoptotic and inflammatory markers in rats. D‐Carvone treatment markedly reduced lipid peroxidation, restored antioxidant enzyme activity, and alleviated apoptosis and inflammation.
