Workplace support for newly qualified doctors and secondary school teachers: A comparative analysis
Abstract Doctors and teachers in their first year of practice face steep learning curves and increased stress, which can induce poor mental health, burnout and attrition. Informal workplace support from colleagues can help smooth transitions and aid professional development.

A survey on deformations, cohomologies and homotopies of relative Rota–Baxter Lie algebras
Abstract In this paper, we review deformation, cohomology and homotopy theories of relative Rota–Baxter (RB$\mathsf {RB}$) Lie algebras, which have attracted quite much interest recently. Using Voronov's higher derived brackets, one can obtain an L∞$L_\infty$‐algebra whose Maurer–Cartan elements are relative RB$\mathsf {RB}$ Lie algebras.

Matching Hom‐Setting of Rota‐Baxter Algebras, Dendriform Algebras, and Pre‐Lie Algebras
In this paper, we introduce the Hom‐algebra setting of the notions of matching Rota‐Baxter algebras, matching (tri)dendriform algebras, and matching pre‐Lie algebras. Moreover, we study the properties and relationships between categories of these matching Hom‐algebraic structures.

Rota‐Baxter Operators on 3‐Dimensional Lie Algebras and the Classical R‐Matrices
Our aim is to classify the Rota‐Baxter operators of weight 0 on the 3‐dimensional Lie algebra whose derived algebra’s dimension is 2. We explicitly determine all Rota‐Baxter operators (of weight zero) on the 3‐dimensional Lie algebras g. Furthermore, we give the corresponding solutions of the classical Yang‐Baxter equation in the 6‐dimensional Lie ...

Hom‐O‐Operators and Hom‐Yang‐Baxter Equations
In Hom‐Lie set, we introduce the concept of Hom‐O‐operators and study its relation with classical Hom‐Yang‐Baxter equation, as well as left‐symmetric Hom‐algebras. We construct the corresponding relation between left‐symmetric Hom‐algebras and Hom‐1‐cocycles, which are both related to classical Hom‐Yang‐Baxter equation. Moreover, in Hom‐algebra setting,

Renormalization, Isogenies, and Rational Symmetries of Differential Equations
We give an example of infinite‐order rational transformation that leaves a linear differential equation covariant. This example can be seen as a nontrivial but still simple illustration of an exact representation of the renormalization group.
