Tıbbi ve Süs Bitkisi Olan Vaccaria hispanica’ nın Tohum Morfolojisi, Yaprak Anatomisi ve Karyotip Analizi

Vaccaria hispanica (Miller)Rauschert, Caryophyllaceae familyasındaki monotip bir cinstir. Türkiye’deEkinebesi ismiyle bilinir. Farmakopelerde kayıtlıdır ve ayrıca süs bitkisiolarak Kanada’da kültürü yapılır. Bu çalışmada V. hispanica’nın yaprak anatomisi belirlenmiştir, tohum ve kromozommorfolojisi daha önceki çalışmalarla teyit edilmiştir.

Genus Senecio (Asteraceae) is represented by 52 taxa in Flora of Turkey (43 species, 3 subspecies and 6 varietes). 20 of these 52 taxa are endemic to Turkey and the endemism ratio is 40%.
