[Exoenzymes of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis].

Voprosy meditsinskoi khimii, 1987
Pseudotuberculous microbe produced (in natural medium, at 10-14 degrees) toxins and exoenzymes, pathogenic effect of which was studied in experimental conditions. After invasion of pseudotuberculous microbe into macroorganism its populations appear to change, as a result of this activities of neuraminidase and hyaluronidase were increased.

Susceptibility of Wild Mice to Yersinia pseudotuberculosis and Yersinia enterocolitica

Zentralblatt für Bakteriologie, 1991
Laboratory-born progeny and adult populations of old world woods mice (Apodemus speciosus) trapped in a certain area where Yersinia pseudotuberculosis was prevalent among wild animals, were challenged with Y. pseudotuberculosis and Yersinia enterocolitica to determine the ecology of Yersinia in wild mice.

Yersinia pseudotuberculosis in birds.

Tijdschrift voor diergeneeskunde, 1977
245 Avian strains of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis were isolated over a period of 18 years (1958-1975. Toucans appear to be highly susceptible to pseudotuberculosis. The number of isolates was highest in the colder months (December-March). Serotype 1 was isolated most frequently. There were no essential differences among the five serotypes in sensitivity

[Plasmids of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis].

Molekuliarnaia genetika, mikrobiologiia i virusologiia, 1990
Plasmids with the sizes of 5.7; 51; 70-77; and 120-130 kb were found in six strains among the ten strains collection of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. The restriction endonucleases analysis. Southern-blot hybridization and physical maps construction were performed for the plasmids. The 70-77 kb plasmids were found to be analogous to the Ca2(+)-dependence
