The Stability of Dense Cores near the Serpens South Protocluster
Most stars form in clusters and groups rather than in isolation. We present ≲5″ angular resolution (∼2000 au, or 0.01 pc) Very Large Array NH _3 (1,1), (2,2), and (3,3) and 1.3 cm continuum emission observations of the dense gas within the Serpens South ...

The Extremely Young Star Cluster Population In Haro 11
We have performed a deep multi-band photometric analysis of the star cluster population of Haro 11. This starburst galaxy (log L_FUV = 10.3 L_sun) is considered a nearby analogue of Lyman break galaxies (LBGs) at high redshift.

Tunable Synthetic Hydrogel Modulates Hepatic Lineage Specification of Human Liver Organoid
In this study, a synthetic hydrogel is reported that supports the formation of hiPSC‐derived human liver organoids (HLOs). Hepatic lineage specification can be modulated via conjugation of RGD peptide to hydrogel: RGD‐conjugated hydrogels promote cholangiocyte differentiation, whereas RGD‐free hydrogels favor hepatocyte commitment of HLO cells.

ALMA-LEGUS. I. The Influence of Galaxy Morphology on Molecular Cloud Properties
We present a comparative study of the molecular gas in two galaxies from the Legacy ExtraGalactic UV Survey (LEGUS) sample: barred spiral NGC 1313 and flocculent spiral NGC 7793.

ALMA-LEGUS. II. The Influence of Subgalactic Environments on Molecular Cloud Properties
We compare the molecular cloud properties in subgalactic regions of two galaxies, barred spiral NGC 1313, which is forming many massive clusters, and flocculent spiral NGC 7793, which is forming significantly fewer massive clusters despite having a ...
