Bacteria‐Trained, MnO2‐Armored Dendritic Cells for Immunotherapy
Advanced Materials, EarlyView.MnO2‐armored, bacteria‐trained dendritic cells undergo tumor‐responsive mechanical and immunological transformation. The nanocoating masks immune ligands and maintains a mechanically stiff, quiescent state during circulation, while the tumor microenvironment removes the armor and restores cellular deformability and immune accessibility.

Advanced Materials, EarlyView.Cross‐sectional Lorentz TEM and off‐axis electron holography visualize the magnetic domain structure and quantify interlayer coupling in Fe3GeTe2/graphite/Fe3GeTe2 heterostructures. A stray‐field coupling length of 37±$\pm$7 nm marks the onset of domain misalignment between the layers.
