Adopted adolescents with reported fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD) showed significant impairments in psychosocial adjustment, neurocognitive function, and head circumference compared to adopted adolescents without FASD and community peers. Language, working memory, and affect regulation were particularly affected.
