PD‐1 Blockade Enhances Therapeutic Effects of Anti‐CEA 177Lu‐DOTA‐M5A in Colorectal Cancer CEA‐Transgenic Mice

This study investigates the therapeutic potential of 177Lu‐DOTA‐M5A, a CEA‐targeted radioimmunotherapy, alone and in combination with PD‐1 blockade for colorectal cancer. The combination therapy outperformed monotherapies, inducing tumor regression and improving survival, with no observed myelotoxicity.
