Endoscopic Ultrasound‐Guided Brachytherapy of Yttrium‐90 Implantation Into Pancreas: A Dose‐Escalation Pilot Study

Under EUS guidance, the splenic lobe was located and 90Y‐loaded carbon microspheres were implanted into the pancreas of the Bama miniature pigs. Positron emission imaging/computer tomography (PET/CT) imaging was used to check the occurrence of particle displacement and radioactivity postoperatively.
