Improved Step‐Up Z‐Source Inverter Based on Symmetric Switched Capacitor and Inductor
This paper introduces a new switched‑inductor Z‑source inverter topology that employs a capacitor‑assisted inductor network, achieving a significantly higher voltage‑gain factor while simultaneously reducing capacitor voltage stress over an extended duty‑

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Quasi Z-Source Network Based Control Scheme For Fstp Bldc Motor
The paper proposes a novel four switch three phase BLDC motor control scheme which boosts the voltage level, extends the range of speed as well as reduces output torque ripple. The additionally partial circuits of quasi Z-source network and the bridge arm of four-switch inverter constitute the quasi Z-source converter.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

Targeting p38α in cancer: challenges, opportunities, and emerging strategies
p38α normally regulates cellular stress responses and homeostasis and suppresses malignant transformation. In cancer, however, p38α is co‐opted to drive context‐dependent proliferation and dissemination. p38α also supports key functions in cells of the tumor microenvironment, including fibroblasts, myeloid cells, and T lymphocytes.

Finite control set model predictive control for grid-tied quasi-Z-source based multilevel inverter [PDF]
In this paper, a finite control set Model Predictive Control (MPC) for grid-tie quasi-Z-Source (qZS) based multilevel inverter is proposed. The proposed Power Conditioning System (PCS) consists of a single-phase 2-cell Cascaded H-Bridge (CHB) inverter ...

Tumour–host interactions in Drosophila: mechanisms in the tumour micro‐ and macroenvironment
This review examines how tumour–host crosstalk takes place at multiple levels of biological organisation, from local cell competition and immune crosstalk to organism‐wide metabolic and physiological collapse. Here, we integrate findings from Drosophila melanogaster studies that reveal conserved mechanisms through which tumours hijack host systems to ...

To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.
