A Deadbeat Grid一connected Control Strategy of the Single Phase Z/Q一Z Source Inverter

open access: yesJournal of Harbin University of Science and Technology, 2017
In order to improve the efficiency of Z/Q-Z source inverter and output current quality, reduce the harmonic distortion rate of grid-connected current, the control strategy of grid-connected current is applied to the Z/Q-Z source inverter.

Finding Strong Gravitational Lenses in the Kilo Degree Survey with Convolutional Neural Networks [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
The volume of data that will be produced by new-generation surveys requires automatic classification methods to select and analyze sources. Indeed, this is the case for the search for strong gravitational lenses, where the population of the detectable ...

Steady-State Analysis and Designing Impedance Network of Z-Source Inverters [PDF]

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 2010
All possible steady states of a Z-source inverter are identified and analyzed with the objective of deriving design guidelines for the symmetrical impedance network. This paper shows that, in addition to the desired three dynamic states, an operating cycle can contain another three static states that do not contribute to the power conversion process ...

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Non-Thermal Dark Matter from Cosmic Strings

open access: yes, 2008
Cosmic strings can be created in the early universe during symmetry-breaking phase transitions, such as might arise if the gauge structure of the standard model is extended by additional U(1) factors at high energies.

ISTOTA SIECI SEMANTYCZNYCH – PUŁAPKI I KORZYŚCI ZASTOSOWANIA W SĄDOWNICTWIE [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Semantic Webs increasingly allow the processing of information over the Internet according to their content and purpose. The widespread use of metadata standards has, however, caused interoperability problems between different systems.

An intracellular transporter mitigates the CO2‐induced decline in iron content in Arabidopsis shoots

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This study identifies a gene encoding a transmembrane protein, MIC, which contributes to the reduction of shoot Fe content observed in plants under elevated CO2. MIC is a putative Fe transporter localized to the Golgi and endosomal compartments. Its post‐translational regulation in roots may represent a potential target for improving plant nutrition ...

Thermal oxidation kinetics of additive free polyamide 6-6 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Thermal aging of an additive free PA 6-6 has been elucidated at 90, 100, 120, 140, 150 and 160 C in airventiled ovens by Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry, viscosimetry in molten state and uniaxial tensile testing.

Phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinase as a target of pathogens—friend or foe?

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
This graphical summary illustrates the roles of phosphatidylinositol 4‐kinases (PI4Ks). PI4Ks regulate key cellular processes and can be hijacked by pathogens, such as viruses, bacteria and parasites, to support their intracellular replication. Their dual role as essential host enzymes and pathogen cofactors makes them promising drug targets.

A Comprehensive Review on Common-Mode Voltage of Three-Phase Quasi-Z Source Inverters for Photovoltaic Applications

open access: yesEnergies, 2022
Inverters with Quasi-Z-Source Networks (QZSN) provide DC-DC boosting and DC-AC conversion in a single stage. It offers reduced cost, complexity, and volume compared with the classical two-stage conversion system, which is composed of a boost converter ...
