Chloride Sensor Based on Silver Nanoparticles Coupled with a Fast‐Response MOSFET System
A potentiometric sensor based on a MOSFET device (Metal‐Oxide‐Semiconductor Field‐Effect Transistor) and silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) was developed for chloride quantification, offering increased signals, fast response, and efficient data processing, which can be used for monitoring and diagnosis.
