Polymer-Grafted Cu(II) Metal-Organic Polyhedra as Scalable, Melt-Processable Porous Materials. [PDF]
The use of a direct synthetic route to obtain polymer‐grafted Cu(II)‐based metal–organic polyhedra gives rise to a low‐cost and scalable cage. This material combines low‐temperature melting, achieving phase changes while preserving cage integrity, and high CO2 uptake exceeding 0.6 mmol g−1.

Dietary amino acid patterns and epilepsy among the PERSIAN cohort population: A cross-sectional study. [PDF]
Abstract Epilepsy is characterized by the occurrence of at least two unprovoked seizures occurring more than 24 h apart, reflecting a predisposition to recurrent epileptic events. The role of dietary amino acids (AAs) in epilepsy is not clearly understood. To the best of our knowledge, this study is the first to investigate the link between the odds of

Punicalagin-enriched edible coatings from revalorized pomegranate peels for quality enhancement of fresh-cut celery. [PDF]
Abstract BACKGROUND Pomegranate peel is a rich source of phenolics, particularly punicalagin, but its valorization for fresh produce preservation requires stabilization. This study aimed to develop and evaluate freeze‐dried encapsulates of pomegranate peel extracts as ingredients in edible coatings for fresh‐cut celery. Pomegranate peels were extracted
