According to the statistics of the Ministry of cooperatives around twenty percent of cooperatives nationwide are halted or inactive.this percentage even further mounts to 30 percent of total cooperative societies in Zanjan city as for the end of the year 2006،leaving about 14 thousand people dismembered.
