A Novel ZCS-PWM Flyback Converter With A Simple ZCS-PWM Auxiliary Circuit

2005 International Conference on Power Electronics and Drives Systems, 2006
This paper proposed a novel zero-current-switching pulsewidth-modulation (ZCS-PWM) flyback dc/dc converter using a simple ZCS-PWM auxiliary circuit. The main switch and auxiliary switch operate at zero-current-switching turn on and turn off, and the all passive semiconductor devices in the proposed converter operate at zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) turn

ZC Otoplasty Skin Incision

Archives of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, 1967
THE PURPOSE of this report is to present an improved type of skin incision in the otoplasty operation for protruding ears. As far as can be determined at this time, this ZC incision has not been previously described. A great deal of attention has been justifiably paid to the cartilaginous reconstruction with the view perhaps that the cutaneous surfaces

A ZCS bidirectional flyback converter

2004 IEEE 35th Annual Power Electronics Specialists Conference (IEEE Cat. No.04CH37551), 2004
This paper addresses the design and analysis of a zero-current-switched (ZCS) bi-directional flyback dc/dc converter. The converter is based on extending a previously developed unidirectional ZCS flyback converter and replacing the output diode with a controlled switch, which acts as either a rectifier or a power control switch in the corresponding ...

Introduction: Main $$ZC$$ -Notions

2015
In this chapter we summarize the main notions considered in this book and, briefly, the results that we obtain. Specifically, we define the pure graph theoretic and plane graph theoretic notions needed for this work with emphasis on symmetries.

Adding Temporary Memory to ZCS

Adaptive Behavior, 1994
In a recent article, Wilson (1994) described a "zeroth-level" classifier system (ZCS). ZCS employs a reinforcement learning technique comparable to Q-learning (Watkins, 1989). This article presents results from the first reconstruction of ZCS. Having replicated Wilson's results, we extend ZCS in a manner suggested by Wilson: The original formulation ...

Search for Υ(1S,2S)→Zc+Zc(′)− and e+e−→Zc+Zc(′)− at sqrt(s)=10.52, 10.58, and 10.867 GeV

2018
The first search for double charged charmoniumlike state production in gamma (IS) and gamma (2S) decays and in e(+) e(-) annihilation at sqrt(s) = 10.52, 10.58, and 10.867 GcV is conducted using data collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric energy electron-positron collider.

A new forward ZCS-ZVS converter

1996 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems. Circuits and Systems Connecting the World. ISCAS 96, 2002
This paper presents a steady-state analysis with complete characterization of the converter operation. The non-dissipative snubber associated with a forward converter provides the soft commutation switching. The proposed approach allows building a converter with high frequency operation. A detailed analysis of the operation is presented.

Exotic Zc states at BESIII

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2016
The BESIII Experiment at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC2) collected large data samples for electron-positron collisions with center-of-mass above 4 GeV during 2013 and 2014. In this mass region, there are several states that are yet to be understood. In this article we will discuss BESIII analyses of the exotic Zc states.

ZCS and ZVS power factor correction

1996 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems. Circuits and Systems Connecting the World. ISCAS 96, 2002
The novel zero-current switching (ZCS) and zero-voltage switching (ZVS) high power factor single-phase AC to DC converters for the power factor correction are proposed in this paper. Merits of the proposed converters include higher power density, simpler control stage, zero switch loss, less harmonic control contents, unity power factor and ...

A Novel ZCS-PWM Flyback Converter With a Simple ZCS-PWM Commutation Cell

IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, 2008
This paper proposes a novel zero-current-switching pulsewidth-modulation (ZCS-PWM) flyback dc/dc converter using a simple ZCS-PWM commutation cell. The main switch and auxiliary switch operate at ZCS turn-on and turn-off conditions, and all uncontrolled devices in the proposed converter operate at zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) turn-on and turn-off.
