Learning classifier systems traditionally use genetic algorithms to facilitate rule discovery, where rule fitness is payoff based. Current research has shifted to the use of accuracy-based fitness. This paper re-examines the use of a particular payoff-based learning classifier system—ZCS. By using simple difference equation models of ZCS, we show that

Synergistic Enhancement of Visible-Light-Driven Photocatalytic H2O2 Production over g-C3N4/ZnCdS by Zn Vacancies and Heterointerface Engineering [PDF]
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is an important green oxidant, and developing efficient visible-light-driven routes for its synthesis is highly desirable. Herein, a CN/ZnV-ZCS composite photocatalyst was constructed by coupling g-C3N4 (CN) with Zn-vacancy ...

An AC-DC Interleaved ZCS-PWM Boost Converter With Reduced Auxiliary Switch RMS Current Stress
The paper proposes a novel interleaved AC-DC ZCS-PWM boost converter that requires the use of just a single active auxiliary switch to assist in the turning off the main power circuit switches with ZCS.

Radicular Pathology in Zirconia and Stainless-Steel Crowns in Primary Posterior Teeth: A Retrospective Comparative Longitudinal Study [PDF]
Background: Zirconia crowns (ZCs) are increasingly used in pediatric dentistry for their esthetic advantages, but evidence regarding their long-term outcomes compared with stainless steel crowns (SSCs) is limited. Methods: This retrospective cohort study

Investigating Zcs(3985) and Zcs(4000) exotic states in Λb→Zcs−p decays
We study the Zcs(3985) and Zcs(4000) exotic states in the decays of Λb baryons through a molecular scenario. In the final state interaction, the Λb→Λc+Ds(⁎)− decays are followed by the Λc+Ds(⁎)− to Zcs−p rescatterings via exchange of a D(⁎) meson.
