All-sky photogrammetry techniques to georeference a cloud field [PDF]
In this study, we present a novel method of identifying and geolocalizing cloud field elements from a portable all-sky camera stereo network based on the ground and oriented towards zenith. The methodology is mainly based on stereophotogrammetry which

Mortars From Punic and Hellenistic–Roman Solunto: Materials, Formulations, and Technology
ABSTRACT This study presents an archaeometric investigation of 18 hydraulic rendering and bedding mortars from Punic and Hellenistic–Roman Solunto (NW Sicily). The research aimed to characterize raw materials, reconstruct manufacturing sequences, and evaluate technological proficiency through mineralogical and petrochemical analyses.

The Biologically‐oriented Alveolar Ridge Preservation (BARP) is an innovative technique characterized by the stratification of different biomaterials (collagen sponge and xenograft) at intact and compromised sockets. In both groups, the hard and soft tissue modification (bone width, bone height, tissue profile, and hard tissue composition) was limited.

Abstract This study demonstrates the intriguing and complex interplay among auroral precipitation, enhanced TEC, density irregularities, and amplitude scintillations observed during the November 2025 superstorm. For the first time, we present observations of strong amplitude scintillation across continental United States (CONUS)—nearly from coast to ...

Digital zenith camera accuracy analysis scheme based on digital image processing
Abstract This article uses a digital zenith camera to perform field measurements to obtain high-precision astronomical longitude and latitude data. To identify the photographed stellar markers, we utilize FFT and digital image processing methods to do CCD star image matching, the establishment of a numerical fit model for star matching ...

Using a high-precision zenith camera for the determination of the plumb deviations at oil-and-gas deposits [PDF]
Features of the practical using of the matrix receivers of radiation as information recorders to determine the coordinates of point star images. A determination of the coordinates using the high-precision zenith camera and plumb deviation are used for the construction of the geoid surface by the profile.

Responsive Phase Gradient Metasurface for Laser Stealth and Dynamic Thermal Camouflage
The graphical abstract depicts a phase‐gradient metasurface enabling directional scattering and emissivity‐controlled thermal radiation. The engineered phase profile redistributes the reflected optical momentum, suppressing specular reflection and generating non‐specular scattering.
