A room‐temperature vanadium cation exchange strategy is developed to achieve simultaneous structural reconstruction and electronic/defect modulation of ZIF‐67 on nickel foam. The resulting mesoporous V20–Co(OH)2 electrode exhibits superior OER activity with low overpotentials and enhanced lattice oxygen participation.

A ZIF‐90 nanocarrier delivers dinotefuran and suppresses NlABCG3 and NlABCH1 in resistant Nilaparvata lugens.
