A Fast Multilevel SVPWM Method Based on the Imaginary Coordinate With Direct Control of Redundant Vectors or Zero Sequence Components

open access: yesIEEE Open Journal of the Industrial Electronics Society, 2020
This paper for the first time comprehensively presents a multilevel space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) method based on the imaginary coordinate system. This method is probably one of the most efficient methods in fast multilevel SVPWMs.

Pilot Protection Based on Zero-Sequence Current Resistance-Capacitance Component for Large-Scale Inverter-Interfaced Power Stations

open access: yesSustainability, 2022
At present, zero-sequence current protection is generally used as the main protection for single-phase ground faults in resistance-grounded inverter power stations. However, limited by the principle, it is difficult for current protection to take into account selectivity and rapid action when the neutral point resistance is large, so there is ...

A Factor-Adjusted Multiple Testing Procedure with Application to Mutual Fund Selection

open access: yes, 2019
In this article, we propose a factor-adjusted multiple testing (FAT) procedure based on factor-adjusted p-values in a linear factor model involving some observable and unobservable factors, for the purpose of selecting skilled funds in empirical finance.

Crucial parameters for precise copy number variation detection in formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded solid cancer samples

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study shows that copy number variations (CNVs) can be reliably detected in formalin‐fixed paraffin‐embedded (FFPE) solid cancer samples using ultra‐low‐pass whole‐genome sequencing, provided that key (pre)‐analytical parameters are optimized.

Modeling of PMSMs Considering Spatial Harmonics, Interturn Short-Circuit Faults, and Zero-Sequence Components

open access: yesIEEE Transactions on Industry Applications
This paper presents a rotor-position dependent (RPD) model for permanent-magnet synchronous machines (surface-mounted or interior permanent-magnet) considering both space harmonics, interturn short-circuit faults and zero-sequence components. First, the healthy machine model is obtained.

Phenotypic and genotypic characterization of single circulating tumor cells in the follow‐up of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

TRAIL‐PEG‐Apt‐PLGA nanosystem as an aptamer‐targeted drug delivery system potential for triple‐negative breast cancer therapy using in vivo mouse model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. This nanosystem represents a novel biotechnological drug candidate for suppressing resistance development in breast cancer.

A voltage detection method based on dq transformation and symmetric component method

open access: yesGong-kuang zidonghua, 2018
In view of problem that fault type and phase of asymmetric voltage sag could not be quickly identified by traditional voltage sag detection algorithm, a voltage detection method based on dq transformation and symmetric component method was proposed ...

RaMBat: Accurate identification of medulloblastoma subtypes from diverse data sources with severe batch effects

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.
