Zero-Voltage Switching PWM Three-Level Full-Bridge DC–DC Converter With Wide ZVS Load Range

IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, 2013
This paper proposes a new zero-voltage switching (ZVS) pulse width modulation (PWM) three-level (TL) full-bridge (FB) dc-dc converter, which is composed of a TL FB converter and a TL half-bridge (HB) converter. It is well suited for high input voltage and high-power applications.

Full-bridge inverter phase-shifted PWM (FBPS-PWM) zero voltage switching (ZVS) and high frequency transformer as part of DC-DC converter 311/100V 300W

2014 International Conference on Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (ICEECS), 2014
Full-bridge inverter is an important part of DC-DC converter where the output voltage is controlled. The other important part of DC-DC converter is high frequency transformer. The disadvantage of the converter that use conventional method is low output power efficiency because it still use hard switching method.
