A Study on Enhancing Stability and Conductivity of ZnO Through Controlled Doping

open access: yesAdvanced Theory and Simulations, Volume 9, Issue 6, June 2026.
First principles modelling reveals vanadium and indium as complementary tuning knobs in cubic ZnO, enabling controlled changes in optical absorption, dielectric screening, and frequency‐dependent conductivity. Moderate doping maximizes optoelectronic gain, while higher loading can trigger mechanical softening.
