Chronic stress‐induced brain‐derived small extracellular vesicles promote colorectal cancer through Treg differentiation

Chronic stress‐induced BD‐sEVs act as central‐to‐peripheral mediators, conveying stress signals to colorectal tumours and driving Treg differentiation via NOXA/HSP60‐triggered mtDNA release and cGAS‒STING activation, which suppresses antitumour immunity and correlates with anxiety and prognosis.
