Chronic HCV infections affect NK‐cell functions, which is accompanied with notable donor‐variations of NK‐cell proteomes within patients. Treatment with direct‐acting antivirals results in the clearance of the virus, however, NK‐cell proteomes revealed a sustained phenotypic shift with low donor‐variation 1 year after therapy.
