Greedy zone routing: Scalable routing in large scale wireless ad-hoc networks [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
In this paper, we propose Greedy Zone Routing, an alternative routing architecture for wireless ad-hoc networks. Greedy Zone Routing partitions the network into zones, which are assigned geographic coordinates. Messages are routed in two levels, where in

Reconstructing Quantum Dot Surfaces via Dual‐Functional Ligand Pairing Enables Efficient Shortwave Infrared Optoelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents a ligand‐pairing strategy that reconstructs lead sulfide quantum dot surfaces for efficient short‐wave infrared optoelectronics. A low‐reactivity thiourea precursor combined with hydrobromic acid enables monodisperse and fully passivated quantum dots.

Mimetic Core‐Sheath Silk Sutures with Superior‐Strength for Pain Management, Anti‐Infection and Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Sutures are crucial for tissue approximation and wound healing. Besides their strength limits requirement, they often fail to effectively address complications like infection and pain. Inspired by natural silk's “core‐sheath” structure, our suture features a wet‐spun core of n zinc‐fortified silk fibroin fibers (RSF‐Zn2+) after drawing with ...

A Novel Perfused Full‐Thickness Human Skin Microphysiological System for Modeling Injury, Regeneration, Tumor Pathophysiology, and Therapeutics Development

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
What if human skin could remain fully alive and functional outside the body for weeks? A New Alternative Method (NAM) based on a vascularized full‐thickness skin microphysiological system achieves precisely this, preserving native vasculature, resident immunity, and metabolic activity for up to three weeks, while faithfully recapitulating radiation ...

PEMILIHAN NODE TETANGGA YANG HANDAL DENGAN MEMPERHITUNGKAN SIGNAL STRENGTH DAN LINK QUALITY PADA ZONE ROUTING PROTOCOL DI LINGKUNGAN MANET [PDF]

open access: yes, 2018
Zone Routing Protocol (ZRP) is a hybrid routing protocol on MANET, because of the routing protocol is based on two protocols, namely IntrAzone Routing Protocol (IARP) and IntErzone Routing Protocol (IERP).
