Optimization of Squeeze Casting Process Parameters on AA8011 Based Hmmcs Under NaCl Environment [PDF]
The present research computes the impact of process parameters of squeeze casting on AA8011/Si3N4/ZrO2 Hybrid Metal Matrix Composites (HMMCs). The melting temperatures (700 to 800°C), Si3N4 + ZrO2 (5 to 15 wt.%) and stirring speed (550 to 750 rpm) were ...

Giant Electrostriction in Halide Perovskites Revisited With Double‐Modulation Interferometry
A giant electrostrictive effect in lead halide perovskites had been reported previously. This work uses sensitive interferometry to measure the electromechanical response of various halide perovskite samples. The results reveal no intrinsic electrostrictive compression. Instead, the materials expand primarily under an applied electric field as a result

Production and Characterization of ZrO2-Si3N4 Ceramics
ZrO2-Si3N4 ceramics (Si3N4 content varies between 0-20 wt.%) were produced 1500°C under a nitrogen atmosphere. As the amount of Si3N4 in ZrO2 was increased, densification was inhibited and the bulk density decreased gradually.

Low‐frequency noise spectroscopy defines the resolvable conductance states of synaptic FeFETs by coupling read‐current fluctuation with usable dynamic range. The resulting noise‐limited bit precision establishes a universal, device‐agnostic reliability metric beyond the memory window, enabling quantitative benchmarking and rational design of high ...
