A buck ZC-ZVS PWM converter

Proceedings of 1994 Power Electronics Specialist Conference - PESC'94, 2002
This paper presents a buck DC to DC power converter, whose features are zero voltage and zero current switching, operation at constant frequency, regulation by pulse width modulation and low RMS current stresses on active devices. The main goal of this topology when compared with the classical ZVS-PWM one is the ability to work with a wide load range ...

A simple clamped ZVS PWM converter

Proceedings Eighth Annual Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition,, 2002
A buck derived power converter which accomplishes clamped zero voltage switching at both turn on and turn off transitions while maintaining low core and conduction losses is described. The converter provides output isolation and can be simply extended to multi-output applications and other-than-buck topologies.

Asymmetric Half-Bridge ZVS-PWM Converter

2018
The aim of this chapter is to provide the reader with knowledge about the asymmetric half-bridge zero voltage switching, pulse width modulation, converter (A-HB-ZVS-PWM). After the presentation of the power converter topology, the qualitative analysis is done, which includes the description of operation, topological states for each time interval and ...
