A Novel Fully Soft‐Switching DC–DC High Step‐Up Converter With Integrated Auxiliary Circuit

open access: yesThe Journal of Engineering, Volume 2026, Issue 1, January/December 2026.
This paper presents a high step‐up interleaved converter that enhances efficiency by achieving fully soft‐switching conditions for all semiconductor devices, significantly reducing switching and conduction losses. An auxiliary circuit ensures zero‐voltage switching for the main switches and zero‐current switching for the auxiliary switch and diodes ...

Analysis of voltage doubler ZVS converter

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 2008
A novel zero voltage switching (ZVS) isolated converter is presented. The output voltage doubler is used on the output side to achieve the boost type of voltage conversion ratio. Active-clamping technique is adopted to realise the ZVS turn-on of all switches.
