Notes

  1. 1.

    SMA: smooth muscle actin.

  2. 2.

MYH9-USP6 fusion gene: MYH9 (ayosin heavy chain 9) encodes a non-muscle myosin which is involved in cytokinesis, cell motility, and maintenance of cell shape. USP6 (ubiquitin-specific peptidase 6) encodes a deubiquitinase with an ATP-independent isopeptidase activity, cleaving at the C-terminus of the ubiquitin moiety.
