Abstract
Simulation is a working analogy. Its object is that of providing a facility for the study of issues, processes, or products which are novel or complex by emulating their properties or relations. When analogous systems are constructed, measurements or other observations made on the simulator may be used to predict the characteristics or the behavior of the target object or system.

The word “error” is one of those terms which have been used and misused in many cases with different and often contradictory meanings. In information science and in mathematical modeling an “error” is an important integral part of the process under consideration—a crucial factor in any operations system.
