Abstract
THE fifth International Congress of the History of Sciences will be held at Lausanne next September if the political and social conditions of Europe permit. M. Aldo Mielli, the perpetual secretary of the International Academy of the History of Sciences, having now settled at Santa Fe in the Argentine Republic, as director of the history of sciences at Santa Fe University, M. J. A. Vollgraf of Leyden has been appointed assistant secretary for Europe and the Mediterranean countries. The review Archeion,the official organ of the Academy, will henceforth be published at Santa Fe instead of at Rome as hitherto.
