Dacryocystitis is an inflammation of the nasolacrimal sac, usually accompanied by
blockage of the nasolacrimal duct. Dacryocystitis can be acute or chronic and congenital
or acquired. When present, medial canthal swelling of dacryocystitis is usually located
below the medial canthal tendon [1]. Stones in the lacrimal sac are a rare condition. The pathogenesis of the formation
of dacryoliths is not well known [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8]. Here, we report a case with a lacrimal sac stone infiltrated with filamentous fungus.
