Abstract:

The article describe the key characteristics of quality control in production and technological processes of industrial management, which directly affect the efficiency of these processes, and which is the most important aspect of increasing competitiveness and the degree of satisfaction of the technical requirements of consumers and customers.It is important to note that all production processes are manageable, that is to say changing and adjustment under the influence of external factors, but it is necessary to influence the process effectively, purposefully and functionally. In this case, the maximum efficiency of the process is achieved, it makes it efficient and economically viable. It is more effective to manage business processes through the quality management of these processes, by management of production and technological processes.
