Abstract:
Web pages can be implemented through two common forms, e.g., static and dynamic. Static page displays information directly without being compiled on the server, thus its access speed is fast. The information in a dynamic page must be loaded priorly from the database. The loading process of dynamic page is a waste of performance for the interpreter accessing useless code, as it increases the workload of the server, and affects the speed of the entire site. In this paper, a page implementation method based on static shell is proposed for the design of Haier 3D printing platform. The method combines both the static and dynamic technique to counteract the slow access speed caused by dynamic pages, as well as to tackle the heavy modification workload of converting dynamic page to static. In the proposed method, the client browser directly accesses static files alone, without the involvement of dynamic server middleware, thus the performance overhead of the server is greatly decreased.
