Abstract:
Shipborne inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR) imaging is in imperious demands with warfare at sea tending to be the key battle field in the future. Simulations of shipborne ISAR imaging are studied when ships are yawing, pitching and rolling are studied. The final image quality deteriorates with increasing motion amplitude and reducing motion period of the ship platform. Simulation results are also given and analyzed.
