The purpose of this study is to consider the first principle of morality. The first principle of morality refers to the proposition of 'Good is to be done, evil is to be avoided.' The academic characteristic of it is; the self-evident and first premise beyond postulate or hypothesis, and the maximal proposition as moral axiom proper to the moral domain and common to the every domain of life. The first principle of morality is an immediate proposition that are such for all and readily recognized. Experience and induction are regarded as two necessary conditions for the origin of the principle. In its application some standards leading moral propositions(C. Harris), existential human ends(J. Messner), and basic human goods(A. Gómez-Lobo) are main bases to judge the good or bad of an action.
