The WHO theme for 2023, is "Ending cervical cancer within a few generations," with the goal of raising cervical cancer and HPV vaccination awareness Incidence of cervical cancer in 2020 was estimated to be 6,04,000 and 3,42,000 deaths, the Fourth most common cancer among women. India accounts for an incidence of 25% of global cases of cervical cancer every year, with a mortality rate of 30.
