亚洲临床医学杂志, 2019 目的：探索中西医结合治疗老年人功能性便秘的新思路。方法：根据治疗顺序选择2017年3月至2018年1月收治的78例功能性便秘老年患者。首先接受治疗的39名患者接受聚卡波非钙治疗，并作为对照组。然后设研究组，在对照组的基础上，采用中医疗法观察临床疗效。结果：研究组总有效率为94.8％，对照组总有效率为79.4％（P＜0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗老年人功能性便秘更为有效。
