Polytopic multiplexing is a new method of overlapping holograms that, when combined with other multiplexing techniques, can increase the capacity of a volume holographic data storage system by more than a factor of 10. They were found on the abdomen and back. When one of the cysts was punctured a bunch of vellus hairs was observed. The diagnosis of steatocystoma multiplex was confirmed by histology.
