本研究探讨抗原刺激粘膜免疫及封闭网状内皮系统与IgA于肾小球系膜沉积的关系实验用8-10周BALB/c雌性小鼠60只,分别口服饮食抗原(麦胶蛋白和牛-γ球蛋白),并于实验开始后前3周用或不用印度墨水尾静脉注射。实验第14周后杀检,作肾组织病理检查。结果表明:单纯口服饮食抗原组,免疫荧光显示,肾小球系膜IgA阳性率为(58%~67%);口服抗原加网状内皮系统封闭组,则为(73%~83%),IgA荧光稍强于IgG。光镜和电镜结果均提示肾小球系膜区增生;网状内皮系统功能在14周明显减弱。24h尿蛋白无异常 ...

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.
