Retinal Vessel Segmentation: A Comprehensive Review From Classical Methods to Deep Learning Advances (1982–2025)

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Four decades of retinal vessel segmentation research (1982–2025) are synthesized, spanning classical image processing, machine learning, and deep learning paradigms. A meta‐analysis of 428 studies establishes a unified taxonomy and highlights performance trends, generalization capabilities, and clinical relevance.

Existence of positive solutions for non local p-Laplacian thermistor problems on time scales

open access: yes, 2007
We make use of the Guo-Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem on cones to prove existence of positive solutions to a non local p-Laplacian boundary value problem on time scales arising in many applications. © 2007 Victoria University.

The spectrum of the periodic p-Laplacian

open access: yes, 2007
We consider one-dimensional p-Laplacian eigenvalue problems of the form- ?p u = (? - q) | u |p - 1 sgn u, on (0, b), together with periodic or separated boundary conditions, where p > 1, ?p is the p-Laplacian, q ? C1 [0, b], and b > 0, ? ? R.

SCP‐Pose: Leveraging Structural Consistency Prior Knowledge for Real‐Time Category‐Level 6D Pose Estimation

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
This paper presents a high‐speed object pose estimation method that deconstructs objects into geometric components. Inspired by human cognitive generalization, it detects these primitives and infers the 6D pose from their stable spatial configuration.

GRAPH p-LAPLACIAN EIGENPAIRS AS SADDLE POINTS OF A FAMILY OF SPECTRAL ENERGY FUNCTIONS

open access: yes
We address the problem of computing the graph p-Laplacian eigenpairs for p \in (2, \infty). We propose a reformulation of the graph p-Laplacian eigenvalue problem in terms of a constrained weighted Laplacian eigenvalue problem and discuss theoretical and

Oscillation criteria for nonlinear differential equations with $p(t)$-Laplacian [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
summary:Recently there has been an increasing interest in studying $p(t)$-Laplacian equations, an example of which is given in the following form $$ (|u'(t)|^{p(t)-2}u'(t))'+c(t)|u(t)|^{q(t)-2}u(t)= 0, \quad t>0.

An Integrated and Robust Deep Learning Framework for Denoising and Analyzing Single‐Cell Spatial Transcriptomics

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
Single‐cell Spatial Transcriptomics Analysis and Denoising Engine is introduced as a unified deep learning framework that jointly performs denoising, clustering, and gene prioritization in spatial transcriptomics. By integrating linear and nonlinear representations within a dual‐channel architecture, it improves robustness and accuracy, uncovers ...

Aggregating distributed energy resources for grid flexibility services: A distributed game theoretic approach

open access: yesInternational Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control, EarlyView., 2023
Abstract We propose a hierarchical energy management scheme for aggregating Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) for grid flexibility services. To prevent a direct participation of numerous prosumers in the wholesale electricity market, aggregators, as self‐interest agents in our scheme, incentivize prosumers to provide flexibility. We firstly model the
