Discovery of the First Selective Nanomolar Inhibitors of ERAP2 by Kinetic Target-Guided Synthesis. [PDF]
Angew Chem Int Ed Engl, 2022 Kinetic target‐guided synthesis and optimisation led to the first nanomolar ERAP2 inhibitors with outstanding selectivity. The binding modes of the most potent inhibitors were elucidated by X‐ray crystallography. Our frontrunners engage target in cells and display good in vitro and in vivo pharmacokinetic properties.
