Ein orthogonaler Klick‐Chemie‐Ansatz wurde verwendet, um eine Reihe von kationischen Tensiden zu synthetisieren. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass ein optimales Gleichgewicht zwischen positiven Ladungen und Hydrophobizität ein entscheidender Faktor für die Verbesserung der antibakteriellen Eigenschaften ist.
