Impact of Nutritional Literacy and Food Label Reading Habits on Healthy Lifestyle Behaviors Among Pregnant Women in Türkiye: A Cross‐Sectional Study

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 4, April 2026.
This study of 370 pregnant women in Türkiye found that higher food and nutrition literacy and a positive attitude toward reading food labels significantly predict healthier lifestyle behaviors during pregnancy. Regression analyses confirmed that both factors are key contributors, even after adjusting for socioeconomic variables.
