Food Science &Nutrition, Volume 14, Issue 4, April 2026.This study of 370 pregnant women in Türkiye found that higher food and nutrition literacy and a positive attitude toward reading food labels significantly predict healthier lifestyle behaviors during pregnancy. Regression analyses confirmed that both factors are key contributors, even after adjusting for socioeconomic variables.
